Slice and shape

Set aside

Slice fresh toms

Set aside

Chop and smash garlic, thyme, basil, oregano

Add olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic

Enclose in mason jar

Shake rigorously

Toast thick slices on griddle with olive oil

Until golden

Place fresh power greens on plate

Place toast over spinach

Add tofu, tomato and fresh basil leaves

Spoon balsamic mix over

Voila!
