One of the best things I heard someone say over this very intense weekend is - and I'm paraphrasing, but its just so beautiful and sometimes necessary to remember. Especially me with all my injuries and with all the things I do. It goes along with remembering to have that loving kindness for myself and to be gentle without being or living in fear or holding myself back too much. SO after we went around the room and everyone expressed how they were doing physically, the instructor said: "now... Imagine the bright light of yourself and see yourself fully healed." Thank you Tatiana.
