It's amazing how little we know about each other. We fill our time working, keeping physically fit, taking care I our families. During the short day we may find ourselves in a total state of surrender or maybe feeling jilted, exhausted or as if we just can't get enough done to satisfy... Only to get up and start over the next day. We pass people without a smile and run into each other and forget to say hello or sometimes we even loose our temper at each other forgetting the innocence that is. Make it a point to celebrate each moment of now by simply feeling good... You choose it it isn't something that happens to you. And by choosing this, you demonstrate your gratitude in living and the fragility therein.
I hear a lot of people want to get in shape, look better, feel better... the list goes on and on.
"So, what's stopping you?" I always think.
Now especially is a tough time to keep up with diet and exercise since the days are growing shorter and it's becoming more and more difficult to get in quality outside time. But we know the holidays are coming and we're bound to put on pounds.
What can we do? How can we stay motivated to keep up with it? Or even worse... what if we decided to take on an early season race for the first time?
